Orders & Shipping (US Only)

We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states & D.C.). Delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO is supported where carrier services allow; some oversized items may be ineligible.
Order cutoff: 5:00 PM (New York). Processing: 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days after processing.
During peak demand or external factors (e.g., weather), delivery may extend to 8–12 days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

It may. To deliver faster, items can ship from different facilities. Each package has its own tracking number and may arrive on different days within your delivery window.
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, or your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@pawfect-cause.com with your order number, tracking number, and photos (for damage). We’ll help file a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

30-day easy returns on unused items in original condition/packaging with all tags and accessories. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene/safety or if marked “Final Sale.” See our full Return & Refund Policy.
Defective/damaged/incorrect items: we provide a prepaid label (contact us within 7 days of delivery).
Change of mind / size or color: return shipping is paid by the customer; original shipping is non-refundable.
Email support@pawfect-cause.com with your order number and reason. If approved, you’ll receive an RMA, instructions, and a prepaid label if applicable. Please ship within 14 days of RMA.
After your return arrives, we inspect it within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Banks/payment providers typically post refunds within up to 7 business days.

Payments, Billing & Taxes

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna (installments subject to provider approval). Orders are charged in USD.
Applicable US sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout and may be collected by us or, where required, by a marketplace facilitator.
We process orders quickly after the 5:00 PM (New York) cutoff. If you need a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once processing/shipping begins, changes may not be possible.
