SHIPPING POLICY
At Pawfect Cause, our priority is to deliver your order quickly and reliably. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only.

- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 business days (standard). During peak demand or external disruptions, deliveries may extend to 8–12 days.
- Service Area: United States (all 50 states & D.C.)
- Carriers: Major U.S. carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). The carrier is selected automatically based on speed, reliability, and destination.
- Tracking: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout unless a promotion states otherwise.
DELIVERY TIMELINE

We review your order details to ensure everything is accurate. - Day 2: Quality Control
Each item goes through a quality check to meet our standards. - Day 3: Packaging
Your item is carefully packed and labeled for shipping with tracking. - Day 4: Dispatch & Transit
Your order is shipped. While our standard estimate is 4–8 business days, deliveries can take 8–12 days during high demand or other external factors.
ORDER VERIFICATION & ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address, contact information, and product selections are correct at checkout. Orders are processed quickly after the 5:00 PM EST cutoff; changes may not be possible once processing begins. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays. If a package is returned due to address issues, see “Undeliverable or Refused Packages.”
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost. Each package will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days within the delivery window.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
- Severe weather or natural events
- Carrier capacity constraints or local courier delays
- Peak season volumes and unforeseen operational disruptions
We appreciate your patience in these situations. Our team monitors shipments and works with carriers to keep your order moving.
PO BOX, APO/FPO/DPO & RURAL ADDRESSES
Delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses is supported via eligible services and may require additional transit time. Some oversized items may be ineligible for PO Box delivery. Rural/remote areas may experience longer delivery windows.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is returned as undeliverable (e.g., wrong/insufficient address, repeated delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to pick up), we can reship (additional shipping may apply) or refund the item price once received and inspected, less any carrier return fees where applicable. Original shipping is non-refundable unless an error was on our part.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@pawfect-cause.com. For faster resolution, include your order number, tracking number, and photos (for damage claims). We’ll help file a carrier investigation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING UPDATES
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking scans may take up to 24–48 hours to appear. You can also check your order status by contacting our support team.
